President
20 Years
Day-to-day activities: Interfaces with customers—some long-time customers, others that are newer on special projects.
Personal facts: Makes baseball analogies for many business situations. Big Phillies‘ fan. Raised 4 children during the 20 years of starting this business.
Philip Gallina
Vice President of Operations

Day-to-day activities: Responsible for the management of finance and daily operations of STC.
Personal facts: Married for 14 years with two daughters. Enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
David Yerger
Senior Systems Analyst
12 Years
Day-to-day activities: Now that the call accounting software is in maintenance mode, currently doing PBX telephony integration with Ruby and the Adhearsion toolkit on the software side, and supplying the field technicians with custom EIA-232 (V.24) serial solutions on the hardware side. Also helps the IT department with networking and desktop support.
Personal facts: Used to install Linux on anything that wasn't closely supervised, before Knoppix removed the geek value of that. Hobbies include chasing after an active 3-year-old and trying to keep his toys in a suitable state of repair (the 3-year-old's, that is).

Janet Drumheller
Technical Operations Dispatcher

Day-to-day activities: Schedules the day-to-day work for all field technicians & coordinates projects with customers.
Personal facts: Married with 3 kids and 1 grandson. Loves gardening.
Andrew Faust
Project Manager

Day-to-day activities: Holds conference calls with customers, technicians, and/or carriers. Plans meetings, prepares meeting notes and action items, and schedules resources. Leads product demonstrations, provides phone and software training, and data collection.
Personal facts: Has played the piano for 21 years (for hire for accompaniment or solo work for special events). Lives/loves to travel—has been to 16 different countries (some multiple times) throughout North America, Europe, and even Australia. Has been to 31 states in the US. Will go anywhere with warm beaches or high mountains. Loves to swim, ski, play volleyball and tennis. Lives under the influence of Starbucks. Intensely loathes Pennsylvania road construction.
